aluminum deck plate,
marine grade aluminum plate
Quality Strong 5456 LF10 Marine Grade Aluminum Plate sheet aluminum alloy 5456 H116 for ship deck
Marine Grade aluminum Sheet Plate has exceptional thermal conductivity and higher strength.
Marine Grade aluminum alloy plate is highly resistant to attack by seawater and industrial chemicals and is very suitable for welding.
In the Marine industry, marine grade aluminum sheet plate is the primary materials for boat hulls and cargo tanks.
Because of Excellent corrosion-resistance and weldability, together with high strength, marine grade aluminum alloy plate sheet was designed for welded structures requiring maximum joint strength and efficiency. Marine Grade aluminum metal is rated good for forming and weldability, and sufficient for conventional machining applications
RuiYi Aluminum metal supply the 5 best Marine Grade aluminum plate sheet available
5052This alloy is remarkably resistant to seawater corrosion. Its medium to high strength alloy make-up allow for good cold formability and exceptional weldability. Magnesium is the major alloying element for 5052. In the marine industry, it is the primary material for boat hulls and cargo tanks.
Of all non-heat treatable alloys, this has the highest strength. 5083 is resistant to stress, cracking and exfoliation attack under in marine corrosive conditions. It has a low density and excellent thermal conductivity. It is used across many industries, but primarily shipbuilding.
5083 aluminum sheet is used to manufacture pressure vessels and tanks, truck components, marineequipment and components, and cryogenic applications
This alloy shows great results when welded, retaining most of its strength. This factor, along with its corrosion resistance in seawater make it a very popular material choice for the marine industry. 5086 is used extensively for hulls and vessel gangways.
5086 aluminum sheet belongs to 5000 series alloy and is one of the key products of 5000 series aluminum plate. The main alloying elements of 5086 aluminum alloy are magnesium and silicon. The products have high corrosion resistance, good weld-ability and medium strength. 5086 aluminum can be used in the manufacture of sheet metal, metallurgy, and electrical enclosures for transportation vehicles and ships. Compared with other aluminum products, the anti-corrosion property of 5086 aluminum is an important reason for its wide application. Therefore, 5086 aluminum sheet plate has also become “rust-proof aluminum plate”. Aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys are collectively referred to as rust-proof aluminum because the alloy components in between have their anti-corrosion properties
Aluminum Alloy 5456 is used as a standard application in welded deck house construction of destroyers. It is a preferred material because of the 40-45% weight reduction with no loss of stability. It can be hot worked and has good strength.
Aluminum 5456 alloy is primarily used in areas where high strength and welding parameters are required in a marine or other engineering applications. 5456 alloy has higher tensile strength than other marine alloys such as 5083 or 5086, and good corrosion resistance in a sea water environment, but not always the formability and corrosion performance of some of the other alloys

6061 aluminum plate sheet
Aluminum Plate 6061 T6 | T651 to ASTM B209This alloy has good weldability and valuable mechanical properties. It is used most often because of these qualities and its strength and workability. It is used most often in deck-house structures, small boats, and bulk-heads.6061
6061 is a precipitation-hardened aluminium alloy, containing magnesium and silicon as its major alloying elements. Originally called "Alloy 61S", it was developed in 1935. It has good mechanical properties, exhibits good weldability, and is very commonly extruded (second in popularity only to 6063). It is one of the most common alloys of aluminium for general-purpose use.
It is commonly available in pre-tempered grades such as 6061-O (annealed), tempered grades such as 6061-T6 (solutionized and artificially aged) and 6061-T651 (solutionized, stress-relieved stretched and artificially aged).
Aluminium alloy 5454 has very good corrosion resistance, in particular to seawater and general environmental conditions. Strength is medium to high and similar alloy 5754 with good strength in the temperature range 65 to 170 degrees centigrade. It has a high fatigue strength. It is not suitable for complex or fine extrusions.
Applications 5454 is typically used in:
~ Road Transport Body-Building
~ Cemical and Process Plant
~ Pressure Vessels, Containers, Boilers
~ Marine & Off-shore incl. Masts,
~ Pylons, poles & masts
